Intermittent Fasting – The Beginning

So, it’s currently four days until Christmas and I’m looking back at my weight loss journey so far. I have done well. But not as well as I have before.

I used to do intermittent fasting a lot. more specifically I did the 20/4 fast where I would fast for 20 hours and eat within a 4-hour window. I lost loads of weight during this time and it felt much quicker than the calorie deficit I am currently on.

So I am going to change from calorie deficit and calorie tracking to an intermittent fast from today. It may not be for forever, but it is something I plan on sticking to for at least a month to gauge its effectiveness.
